Zap / Branding and App Design
2024 - ?
Sole UX/UI designer for Zap, a sports matching app launching in Vietnam, overseeing the entire design process, including user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
May - August 2024
Conducted an ethnographic research project as part of my studies at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, HCID Master's Program. I observe customer behavior at the grocery store, interview consumers, and analyze shopping patterns.
June 2022 - Feb 2023
Redesign key screens and improve usability for Payge - a financial digital app, by conducting competitive analysis, refining user flows, and enhancing visual design to better align with business goals for my UX Design Internship at VKBE Tech Consulting.
April - June 2022
Designed Peace of Mind, a meditation app created as a passion project for my General Assembly UX certificate program, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping.

I helped define the implications for design, which include menu adaptations, marketing promotions, and in-store layout improvements. I also contributed to creating persona, prepping and conducting usability testing, and competitive analysis.
May - August 2024
This case study showcases weekly challenges: Personas, affinity mapping, wireframes, and prototyping, which I completed in my HCID 540 class at the HU Master's Program. Each of these challenges tackles a different stage of the UX process.
This project focuses on the discovery phase of the Double Diamond process to explore how Millennials and Gen-Z travelers navigate fulfilling visa requirements and embassy communication.
